WARRANTY POLICY – JETPILOT EUROPE
Jetpilot offers a 6-month warranty on all clothing, watersports gear, and accessories from the date of purchase.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects or items that arrive damaged.
- Faults that appear within a reasonable time after purchase.
Please note:
- Damage from normal wear and tear is not covered.
- Items must be returned with original tags and packaging.
- Soiled or incomplete returns (e.g. missing packaging) may be declined.
- Swimwear must have the original hygiene strip intact. We cannot accept returns without it or if the item shows signs of use.
- Return postage is at your own expense and risk. We recommend using tracked shipping.
- If an item is confirmed to be faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, we will cover your return postage and send a replacement at our cost.
- International return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is deemed faulty.
- Refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
- Jetpilot is not liable for currency exchange rate differences or fluctuations.
- If you refuse customs duties or delivery and the parcel is abandoned, we are not responsible for lost funds.
- Jetpilot products meet Australian standards. Returns due to local regulatory mismatch will not be refunded.
- Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns are not accepted.
- No refunds on sale items or decals.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Mastercard, Visa, and Visa Debit. Orders are dispatched the same or next business day.
- PayPal: Available in all regions. You may pay with your PayPal account or a credit card without registering an account.

Your online security is a priority. Jetpilot uses industry-leading encryption and fraud prevention tools to safeguard your data.
- All transactions are SSL-encrypted.
- Verified by Visa and Mastercard SecureCode enabled.
- IP and fraud protection checks in place.
- For credit card payments, Jetpilot uses secure, bank-authorised gateways.
- For PayPal purchases, you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure checkout environment.
Your card details are never shared with or stored by Jetpilot Europe.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES (FOR INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS)
Orders shipped outside Germany may be subject to import duties or local taxes upon arrival.
- These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
- Jetpilot has no control over these fees and cannot advise what they may be.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned or abandoned, we are not liable for any resulting loss.

PRICING
- Prices are shown in EUR (Euro) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
- International customers may incur currency conversion charges from their payment provider.
PROMOTIONS
- Promotional discounts are valid only during the advertised time.
- Only one promotion can be used per order.
- Promotions cannot be applied to past orders or combined with other discounts.
- Shipping, taxes, and duties are excluded from discount calculations.
- In "Buy X, Get Y" offers, the lower-priced item receives the discount.
- If you return part of a promotional order, your refund reflects the promotional pricing.
- Promotional gifts or discounts are not re-issued if returned after the promotion period ends.
- Promotions are valid while stock lasts – no rainchecks.
- Jetpilot reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
- All gift cards are issued in EUR (Euro) and are non-refundable.
COMPETITIONS & GIVEAWAYS
Details, eligibility, and terms for competitions or giveaways will be provided with each promotion. Participation constitutes acceptance of those terms.
