• No Returns will be accepted unless a Return Authorisation Number (RA) has been issued to you from Jet Pilot. Please submit returns form to start the returns process.

Return Information:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original condition with tags
  attached
• You cover the cost of return shipping and we cover
  the cost of replacement shipping
• Processing times are within 3 business days of
  receiving the parcel
