RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Jetpilot we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase & have made our return & exchange system very simple.

You have the right to a refund or exchange if you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item*, your item is faulty or if it is different to that shown or described. Simply return it to us within 21 days from the date of purchase.

* Note: we do not allow refunds or exchanges on sale items or decals

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returns Within Germany

You can return packages using a DHL return label.

  • Returns are free for orders valued at €40 or more.
  • For returns under €40, a standard shipping fee of €4.95 will be charged.
  • We refund standard Deutsche Post shipping costs. Additional charges (e.g., express or bulky goods) are not covered.
  • Bulky goods will always be collected directly by us.

Important Notes:
If your return causes the final order value to drop below €50 and your original delivery was free, the shipping cost from the original order will be deducted from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to items that are custom-made or clearly tailored to the customer’s personal needs, unless otherwise agreed.

If returned products are not in their original packaging and do not include all instructions, safety notes, and documentation, we may charge compensation for the reduced value due to the extra work required to restore the item to saleable condition.

 

Returns Outside Germany

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning items.

  • If you request an exchange, the replacement item will be shipped to you free of charge.

Important Notes:
If your return brings the final order value below €200 (€50 for Austria) and your original delivery was free, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or personalized for the buyer, unless otherwise agreed.

As with domestic returns, items not returned in original packaging and missing documentation may result in compensation charges for the loss in value.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
