We offer free standard shipping on all EU orders over €50
Orders under €50 will incur a €9.99 standard shipping fee within Germany. See Checkout for other locations.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Express delivery options are available and calculated at checkout based on destination. Typical costs start at €14.95–€19.95, depending on location and parcel size.

ORDER PROCESSING
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business day. You’ll receive a tracking email once your order is shipped, allowing you to monitor progress.
BULKY ITEMS
Bulky items such as travel bags, tubes, wakeboard covers, and helmets will incur a flat rate fee of €19.95.
- These items are sent via a road freight service.
- Delivery must be to a street address (no PO Boxes).
- A signature is required on delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (NON-EU)
Shipping rates and timelines outside the EU will be calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery is up to 14 business days, depending on your location.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
International orders (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees once the parcel reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- Jetpilot has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them.
- Items are manufactured to Australian standards and may not comply with specific local standards.
- If you decline to pay duties and the shipment is returned or abandoned, we are not responsible for lost funds or undeliverable goods.
